Movie theater chain Cinemark Holdings will delay reporting its first-quarter earnings due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has closed down its 345 venues in the U.S.
Texas-based Cinemark, the third-largest U.S. chain after AMC and Regal, made the disclosure on Friday in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It plans to report its earnings no later than June 12.

Beyoncé will reunite with her mom Tina Knowles-Lawson for Mother’s Day after the superstar and her family tested negative for coronavirus.
Beyonce, 38, and her mother Tina Knowles-Lawson, 66, both received tests for COVID-19. “We all got tested and we are corona-free,” Tina revealed in a new interview with Extra on Thursday, May 7, going on to spill that they’ve got big Mother’s Day plans for May 10! “Generally, my whole family is together [for Mother’s Day], we eat together with all the kids and the grandkids…we’re gonna get together on Sunday and have dinner,” the Texas native — who is currently in Los Angeles — added.
