Cinemark CEO Mark Zoradi said Hollwyood studios “are anxoius to get back in this business once safety is no longer a concern,” shrugging off Universal/Dreamworks Animation’s Trolls World Tour going directly to PVOD as a blip in the road.
It was a highly successful one for Universal, however, with Trolls bringing in about $50 million, according to industry sources, sparking unease at the chipping away of already narrowed theatrical windows post-pandemic.

Cinemark CEO Mark Zoradi on Wednesday predicted it will take up to four months for shuttered cinema screens to fully reopen as the COVID-19 crisis recedes, likely starting July 1. "A return to normalcy may span multiple months driven by staggered theater openings due to government limits, reduced operating hours, lingering social distancing and a ramp-up of consumer comfort with public gatherings," Zoradi said on a morning call to update Wall Street analysts.
Wes Nelson and Arabella Chi split because "the spark was gone", an insider has told OK! online. The 22 year old's split from Arabella, 29, was reported on Tuesday after Wes was seen moving out of the home they shared together.
