Christine McGuinness has admitted to experiencing a 'terrible' struggle of late as she wowed her fans with her moves. The mum-of-three looked amazing as took to Instagram after filming herself taking part in a yoga routine.
Model Christine showed off her gym-honed figure in the clip as she slipped into a nude sports bar and matching skin-tight leggings from her new luxury clothing brand, We Are H-E-R. The 35-year-old kept her blonde locks down and appeared fresh-faced as she got to work on her pink mat in front of her wall-to-ceiling windows.
"Working on H-E-R," Christine penned alongside the post with a string of brown heart emojis. "Wearing the most perfect yoga leggings from @weare___her," she added. "SenSkin range, available in four different colours! I LOVE THEM."

And the video quickly garnered a response and saw one of Christine's followers ask: "Does yoga help with autism anxiety?! Willing to try anything at this point!" The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star, who was diagnosed with autism in 33 after all three of her children received the diagnosis, replied: "Yes, I’ve been terrible recently really bad with it, yoga definitely helps."
