The 36-year-old actor came clean about his desire to be the best father possible in a new interview with GQ Australia for their May/June cover issue and revealed that it was the direness of his childhood upbringing that motivates him to be the very best at what he does.

There's a very specific reason why Chris Hemsworth's wife, Elsa Pataky, hasn't taken his last name. Hemsworth, 36, spoke to the Australian "Kyle and Jackie O" radio show on Sunday, where he revealed that a passport snafu made it difficult for Pataky, 43, to make the change.

The Brothers Hemsworth have largely refrained from commenting on youngest brother Liam's 2019 breakup from his ex-wife, Miley Cyrus (though Elsa Pataky, Chris Hemsworth's wife, did say Liam "deserves much better" in an interview in November). But Chris just broke that silence ever so slightly, when asked whether Liam had become "the fitter Hemsworth" by Australian news site News.com.au.

Talking to News.com.au about Liam's fitness routine now he's back home, proud big brother Chris said: “I think he’s done it.”
