A firearm incident in Cheshire turned out to be a man in fancy dress with a fake gun.
Police received reports of a man possibly carrying a firearm on his back on St John Street in Chester at around 4pm on Tuesday, August 17.
Cheshire Live reports that local officers, along with the firearms unit, rushed to the scene.
