Charmed star Shannen Doherty reveals she has stage 4 cancer three years after being given the all-clear

Mamma Mia and Harry Potter star Dame Julie Walters has revealed that she is doing "really well" after being diagnosed with stage three bowel cancer.

The much-loved actress who starred in Mamma Mia and seven of the eight Harry Potter films as Molly Weasley, told the BBC she thought doctors had "made a mistake" when they told her she had Stage 3 cancer.

Shannen, who found fame in the original 90210 and supernatural series Charmed, was tearful as she explained she hadn't "properly processed" the news and that "it's a bitter pill to swallow in a lot of ways".
