The reality TV star, 28, took to Instagram to explain to his 64,900 followers about what had recently happened to him, before going on to outline the full extent of his horrific injuries and the treatment he has undergone. Ant explained: "I was attacked by a man and his friend in Lineker sports bar in San Antonio Ibiza! " He went on to open up about the attack, and was instantly inundated with well wishes from his followers, including many of his celebrity pals.

Geordie Shore cast members Charlotte Crosby and Holly Hagan will be returning for a reunion series, MTV has announced. The reality show, which first aired in 2011, came after the success of its American equivalent, Jersey Shore, and follows a group of young adults from Newcastle as they move into a house together. The new series will see original cast members Crosby, Hagan, Sophie Kasaei and Marnie Simpson make it their mission to organise the ultimate Geordie Shore reunion.
