A Hong Kong Internet service provider on Thursday said it had blocked access to a pro-democracy website to comply with the city’s national security law. In a statement emailed on Thursday, Hong Kong Broadband Network said that it had disabled access to HKChronicles, a website that compiled information on "yellow" shops that supported the city’s pro-democracy movement and released personal information and pictures of police and pro-Beijing supporters during anti-government protests in 2019.

Protesters descended on the Kenosha County Administration Building in Wisconsin on Tuesday evening following the district attorney’s decision not to charge any of the officers involved in the August shooting of Jacob Blake, according to a report. "Seven shots in the back! No, that ain't right!" some of the around 60 protesters chanted outside the building, Kenosha News reported.

Jacob Blake, a Black man, in the back over the summer in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the district attorney announced Tuesday.Kenosha Police Officer Rusten Sheskey had been responding to a domestic dispute on Aug. 23 when he fired seven times at Blake, as Blake was trying to get inside an SUV. Blake's three young children were in the back seat.

The Washington Post is under fire for falsely reporting that Jacob Blake was "unarmed" during his altercation with Kenosha, Wis. police.  Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley announced during a news conference on Tuesday that the officers involved in the August shooting of Blake will not be charged.  Graveley said Blake was armed with a knife that was not visible in the video footage and admitted to having one during the incident.

The Wisconsin police officers involved in the shooting of Jacob Blake last year, igniting several days of unrest that included two fatal shootings, will not face criminal charges, prosecutors said Tuesday.  Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley also said Blake will not face charges.  Sheskey, who is White, shot Blake during a response to an Aug. 23 domestic disturbance call.
