Celebs Go Dating star Ulrika Jonsson has opened up about her experience on the E4 series, admitting the lowest point was when she was friendzoned by toyboy Jad. During one of her final moments in the agency, Ulrika discussed in depth what she had learnt from her time on the dating show and how she hoped it would help her quest for love in the future.The 54 year old went on to confess that hearing 31 year old Jad say there was no spark between them was hard to take, as she relived the awkward moment for the first time.

Because it is a rejection, of course it is.” The mum of four continued: “It was uncomfortable more than anything. It wasn't so much like I went home and cried.” She added: “I think I am very emotionally open.
I am very loving and I want to love and I want to be loved back.” However, the TV star also said that her time on Celebs Go Dating had been invaluable and that she’d be using what she’d learnt going forward. Ulrika explained: “I genuinely feel like I'm on a different course now.” She added: “For me, it feels like there has been a Celebs Go Dating intervention.” After the conversation aired, Celebs Go Dating viewers took to social media to share their support for Ulrika.
