Celebrity Big Brother winner David Potts has revealed his remarkable three stone weight loss as he embarks on a fitness journey to become the healthiest version of himself.

Celebrity Big Brother is the show that everyone is talking about, but there's one former contestant in particular that could never go back in the house - and that's season 19's Coleen Nolan. "Oh god, yeah. Absolutely," she said when OK! asked if she's tuning into the show.
"I won't lie though, I get PTSD every time I heard the music. I'm glad I'm not in the house. "I watch it differently now than I did before I went on because I know exactly what happens.
But until you're in there you don't know what it's like, so it's hard to give advice. But the one thing I could never have done is give up smoking in Big Brother. If you can do that show, you can do anything," the 59 year old revealed.
Coleen is no stranger to the Big Brother house having completed not one, but two, stints as a celebrity contestant.
The Loose Women panellist first stepped through the front door in 2012 to appear alongside fellow housemates including actor Martin Kemp, glamour model Rhian Sugden and comedian Julian C lary. After The Nolans singer finished as runner-up to Julian, she re-entered the house five years later, but the show was not without its drama for Coleen who was rushed out of the house and straight to the hospital with a suspected heart attack. Coleen also had to contend with a feud with fellow housemate Kim Woodburn.
So, it hardly comes as a surprise that the star needed a crutch to lean on. However, Coleen recently opened up about quitting smoking after more than 40 years addicted to cigarettes and revealed she made the choice after suffering a terrifying health scare that left her fearing for her future.
