Camilla explained that Nell had a few "up and down weeks with minor illnesses and colds" – which she ended up catching herself.
She added that the youngster was also having some "nasty" back teeth coming through, and the night earlier, the "poor thing" ended up being sick. "Reminded me so much of the first trimester when I used to hate, hate being sick as I didn't want her to hear and was always trying to figure out how to her entertain her, so she didn't realise what was going on," Camilla said.

It’s been barely a year since Prince Philip, her “strength and stay”, died last April and since then she’s lived alone with her staff and beloved dogs at Windsor Castle. She fought off Covid and attended her late husband’s memorial service at Westminster Abbey on March 29.
The Queen may have been unable to attend the royal Easter church service, but she was in good company at home at Windsor Castle where she was paid a visit by her granddaughter, Princess Beatrice. The 95-year-old and her granddaughter were joined by Beatrice's husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, their daughter Sienna and Edoardo's son from a previous relationship, Wolfie. The public must start assuming that the Queen will not attend events unless it has been confirmed on the day, insiders have claimed. Over recent months, the 95 year old has been forced to pull out of various events and has even opened up about her “exhausting” battle with Covid-19. And now, reports suggest that Her Majesty’s attendance at royal engagements will be a bonus, not a guarantee, under an alleged new strategy.

It is seeming unlikely though that the couple will venture to the UK during their European visit to see the Windsor family, Royal experts have said. These predictions come as Harry has kept silent on the Queen ’s wish in a statement given in February to have Camilla take position as Queen Consort when Prince Charles becomes King. The 37 year old’s silence and general distance from the Royal family may be in result of his reportedly rocky relationship with Camilla, whom Royal author Tina Brown has said Harry "can't stand" as its been predicted this will be highlighted in his upcoming memoir.
