Fast food giant Burger King is recruiting up to 30 staff ahead of opening a new drive-thru restaurant in Bolton. A new branch is set to open at Bridgewater Avenue, near the Logistics North and the M61 junction 4.
A Greggs drive thru has already opened at the development on August 21 and a Costa Coffee has been operating since 2017. A&F Forecourts Ltd are behind the the new project and he first stage of the petrol forecourt development, which includes an electrical car charging hub has already been completed.
Logistics North employment park, operated by the Harworth Group, has attracted a number of national and international occupiers including Aldi, Lidl and Whistll, with three million sq ft of logistics and manufacturing space now occupied. There are currently around 5,500 people employed on the site.

It is also home to Greene King’s Pine Tree Farm pub. The Burger King opening date has not been confirmed but the application process for for 30 new jobs there has started. Five managerial roles are being created , with four currently accepting applications including restaurant manager, assistant manager and two shift managers.
Burger King is also recruiting 25 restaurant crew members with applications for these opening at a later date.
