Michelle Trachtenberg first made a name for herself way back in 2000, when she was cast as Dawn Summers in the American supernatural drama, Buffy The Vampire Slayer. At the time of joining the show, Michelle was just 15 years old, however, she had already starred in an array of TV shows and films before her big break in Buffy. From her starring role in the Nickelodeon series, The Adventures of Pete & Pete, plus, the network's 1996 comedy film, Harriet the Spy, Michelle was also cast in the 1997 CBS sitcom, Meego.
For the two latter roles, Michelle won the Young Artist Award.
Then, after her Buffy The Vampire Slayer success, the now 38 year old went on to star in some of the US' biggest shows and films, including Gossip Girl, Weeds, Ice Princess, and 17 Again, most notably alongside Zac Efron and Matthew Perry. Despite her major success as an actor over the years, many Michelle fans remember her most as Dawn, the younger - and slightly annoying sister - of Sarah Michelle Gellar's main character Buffy in the show. But thanks to Dawn's majorly Y2K image, it's meant that 24 years later, Michelle looks completely unrecognisable.
Especially as she's adopted more of a grunge-goth aesthetic in her own wardrobe. These days, Michelle tends to wear her hair in a very dark shade of brown, and has a penchant for cat eyes eyeliner and 90s style makeup in general. It seems she's also a sucker for a red lip, and adopts a very Morticia Addams/Kat Von D vibe in terms of her style.
