BTS Member V’s Latest Wardrobe Malfunction Has ARMYs Sweating

The entire world is currently on a standstill amidst the coronavirus scare that has shaken us into self-isolation and social distancing. BTS, that was busy promoting Map of the Soul: 7, with their US leg and South Korean music shows, had to cancel 4 of their Seoul concerts for the Map of the Soul Tour. While ARMY was disappointed, they were made happy because of BTS member V who released his solo single, Sweet Night for Itaewon Class OST.

BTS may have started seven years ago like any other K-pop band but the septet had dreams higher than anyone else's imagination. Steadily, with each passing year, the Bangtan Boys attained success not just in South Korea, but all around the globe as well.

BTS is currently laying low, given the coronavirus outbreak, that has not just taken over South Korea but the entire world. After delivering a classic album like Map of the Soul: 7, to kickstart 2020 with a bang, ARMY was crushed to know that the Map of the Soul Tour was now in jeopardy, especially with the four scheduled concerts in Korea already cancelled. However, hope came from V, when the singer released one of the three recently composed song by himself in March 2020.

BTS members might be heartbroken. But RM, Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, V, Suga and J-Hope are trying to cheer the ARMY amid the Coronavirus outbreak. Due to the Covid-19 spread and fear, the Bangtan Boys were forced to cancel their Map of The Soul concerts in Korea. Given the current scenario in the US and European countries, rumours suggest BTS could postpone their tour in the two countries as well. While these headlines leave fans sad, the South Korean band shared a message of hope. 

With the coronavirus outbreak proving to be a deadly pandemic, all across the globe, BTS had to no option but to cancel the four scheduled concerts in Seoul, South Korea, as a part of their Map of the Soul Tour. While ARMY was left gutted, no one was more heartbroken than the septet, with RM even expressing how angry he was with the situation during an emotional V Live session for their album, Map of the Soul: 7.

BTS member V cannot stop gushing about a meal he recently had. Taehyung, along with the other Bangtan Boys, has a little extra time in his hand courtesy the break from Map of the Soul: 7 promotions. The international K-Pop star took the opportunity and discovered a new restaurant in South Korea recently. The discovery has left Tae-Tae so impressed that he wants to spread the word about the good food and great service hoping fans would find their way to the food outlet. 

To say that it's been an incredible year to be BTS would be an understatement! Firstly, the release of their album, Map of the Soul: 7 broke records not just in South Korea but all across the globe as well. It peaked at #1 in the Billboard 200 chart while the title song ON reached #4 in the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Moreover, MOTS: 7 managed to earn the top spots in the UK, Japan and Germany charts as well!

After the massive success of BTS' latest album, Map of the Soul: 7, the septet will soon be gearing up for the Map of the Soul Tour, which will kickstart in the US and end in Japan. However, initial tour dates had four concerts in South Korea, which were recently cancelled due to coronavirus outbreak. The MOTS tour dates were April 11, 12, 18 and 19, which has now been cancelled with ARMY getting their refunds back. Even when BTS performed at music shows, it was to an empty audience.

BTS was currently on a major promotional spree for their album, Map of the Soul: 7. After their US promotions, the Bangtan Boys took over the music shows in South Korea and got a staggering eight wins for the lead single of 7, ON. Now, as they take a mini-break and start gearing up for the world tour in April, BTS has a reason to celebrate as Suga turns 27 today, i.e. March 9, 2020. The singer celebrated with his BTS brothers and the septet shared videos of the same on Twitter.

BTS has taken over South Korea by taking part in the music shows, where their title song for Map of the Soul: 7, titled ON is dominating with five impressive wins already. The septet will soon be embarking on a world tour, amidst cancelling concerts in Korea due to the Coronavirus outbreak, with the country being one of the most affected. In between Map of the Soul: 7, the members will also be focused on their solo projects with V already working on a song for a K-drama.

Concerns over the worldwide coronavirus pandemic have led BTS and other musicians to cancel their upcoming concerts. On Thursday in South Korea alone, 256 new cases of coronavirus were reported, bringing the total number of reported cases to over 2,000.

Map of the Soul: 7 is storming in the musical charts, not just in South Korea but on a worldwide scale as well. The album topped the charts in the US, the UK, Germany and Japan, which are the four leading music consuming nations.

It has been seven years since BTS began their journey as a band. The South Korean band, comprising of RM, J-Hope, Jimin, Jungkook, Jin, V and Suga, has come a long way since the inception. They have become one of the biggest boy bands in the world, are shattering records and setting milestones at every opportunity they are presented. Today, the Bangtan Boys sat down to watch an old interview taken just five days after their debut and shared their thoughts on it. 

ARMY is a fandom that is larger than life! The age bracket of being a member of ARMY can range from small children to even grandmoms and grandfathers! BTS, in general, has had a major impact not just in South Korea, but it's their global takeover in seven years that has catapulted their success to a new high.
