BTS Coming To Theatres With New Concert Film ‘Break The Silence: The Movie’

When BTS member Jungkook sang, "'Cause I, I, I'm in the stars tonight/So watch me bring the fire and set the night alight," the ARMY watched and boy, they set a new record with it. The Bangtan Boys released their new English song Dynamite today, August 21.

BTS has had a busy 2020 would be an understatement; an album released with another one coming in the fourth quarter of 2020, two at-home concerts with an online/offline concert in October, a docuseries, celebrating FESTA 2020, a variety show currently airing and a movie in September. While the COVID-19 situation has literally confined us to our homes, BTS aren't letting it rain on their parade and continue to give ARMY solace with their music.

Yesterday, the New York Film Festival made another 2020 announcement, this one looking back on the past a bit. Yes, longtime festival goers know that NYFF each year has a robust Revivals lineup, and this year will be no exception.

NEW YORK -- This year's New York Film Festival will be held largely virtually and in outdoor screenings, organizers said Thursday while unveiling a lineup featuring new films from Chloe Zhao, Steve McQueen and Azazel Jacobs. BTS recently dropped the first trailer of Break The Silence: The Movie. The sneak-peek sees Bangtan Boys - RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook - through their 2019 Love Yourself: Speak Yourself tour.

Moments ago, the 2020 New York Film Festival announced their Main Slate, coming after the big three announcements recently. NYFF will be different, obviously, given the pandemic, but there’s still 25 movies that will make up the fest.

Last week, came the exciting news that BTS' new film Break The Silence: The Movie will be released in several countries (Around 110) with limited screenings.

The New York Film Festival just now unveiled the final selection of their annual big three titles, naming Azazel Jacobs’ French Exit as the 2020 incarnation of the fest’s Closing Night pick. We now know the festival’s Opener in Lovers Rock, Centerpiece in Nomadland, and Closer, so all that’s left is the Main Slate, which should be headed our way shortly.
