Stars including Claire Sweeney and Paul Burrell attended the funeral of Brookside legend Dean Sullivan on Tuesday, 19 December as the actor was laid to rest in Liverpool. Dean, best known for playing Jimmy Corkhill in the Channel 4 soap, passed away on 29 November aged 68, following a short illness. The late star's funeral took place on Tuesday at Liverpool Parish Church (Our Lady And St Nicholas) in the city centre, with several fellow actors attending the service and paying their respects.
