Britney Spears Gets New Lawyer, But Battle Over Conservatorship Far From Over

Britney Spears has filed new legal documents requesting that her father, Jamie Spears, be removed as conservator of her estate.

Britney Spears' new attorney, legal bulldog Mathew Rosengart, has filed a motion in court to officially remove her father as her conservator.The court filing comes as no surprise, as the former prosecutor had already said his goal is to get a new conservator for Britney's estate.
