New details have emerged about Jason Alexander‘s unplanned appearance at Sam Asghari and Britney Spears‘ wedding.
It was reported earlier this month that the 40-year-old had been arrested after showing up uninvited to the pop-star’s home on the day of her wedding and demanding to speak to her.
During his preliminary hearing on Monday (June 27), security guard Richard Eubeler claimed that Jason, 40, attempted to enter Britney‘s bedroom, but the door was locked. Britney was reportedly inside at the time of the incident.

“I was just at the staircase and that’s when he backed up and started reaching out of his right hand pocket,” Eubler testified, per the New York Post. The security guard then reached for his weapon, at which point Jason went into the game room.
The security guard shut the door behind him, leaving the pair of them in the room as Jason continued to yell for Britney. He then tried to exit, at which point a struggle ensued where Jason allegedly elbowed and punched Eubler as he attempted to reenter main part of the home.
Detective Dylan Foley of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department said during the hearing that Britney was “distraught, crying, shaking, panicked” after she learned Jason had been in her home, and was so frightened that she left the house with Sam in order to “try to calm down.
Jason is now facing a new felony charge of stalking with a prior and has pleaded not guilty to the charge, as well as to misdemeanor counts of vandalism, trespassing and battery.
Last year, Jason claimed he had been “tricked” into annulling his marriage to Britney.

Britney Spears’ ex, Jason Alexander, has been ordered to stand trial on a felony charge after allegedly breaking into Spears’ home on the day she married Sam Asghari.According to the Associated Press, Ventura County Judge David Worley ruled that Alexander, 40, would go on trial for a felony stalking charge after concluding during a two-hour preliminary hearing on Monday, that there was enough evidence against him. In addition, according to court documents obtained by the publication, Alexander will face misdemeanor trespassing charges, vandalism, and battery. Alexander, who remains in jail, pleaded not guilty to all charges, through his lawyer.
