A new survey has found that people who put on weight during lockdown gained an average of "almost over half a stone" (4.1kg). Public Health England (PHE), who carried out a survey with 5,000 people, have said that the lockdowns over the past year have disrupted people’s daily routines, making it more difficult for many to eat healthy and stay fit.
