Being familiar with what is normal for your body is hugely important where early diagnosis of breast cancer is concerned - as well as other cancers and illnesses.
Recognising that something is not quite right can be life saving so make sure to reach out for medical advice or book an appointment with you GP if you have any concerns.
In a bid to identify breast caner early, the NHS website explains that you should seek medical advice if you notice "a change in the look or feel of your skin, such as puckering or dimpling, a rash or redness", or a "rash (like eczema), crusting, scaly or itchy skin or redness on or around your nipple".
Cancer Research UK said: "The skin might look like orange peel or the texture might feel different. This can be caused by other breast conditions. But get your doctor to check out anything that is not normal for you."
