Two teenagers have been charged with murder following the death of 'much-loved' dad in Salford.
Police were called to an address on Cook Street, Eccles, at 7.26am on Tuesday, 22 June to a report of a concern for the welfare of a man.
Emergency services attended and discovered the body of a 48-year old man later named as Leigh Smith.

Bathgate.Emergency services were called to the scene in Falside Crescent at around 8pm on Monday following reports of a ‘disturbance’. Keith Allan, 42, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene with a man charged in connection a short time later.

Edinburgh park. Police previously arrested a 15-year-old after the alleged attack on the girl and the 31-year-old woman in Leith Links Park in Edinburgh at around 5.40pm on Saturday.Cops have now said they have arrested a further two girls, aged 14 and 13, and have charged all three in connection.
