Boris Johnson's nanny claims she was sacked by his wife just days into her job after having a glass of wine with the ex-PM.
Theresa Dawes, from Zimbabwe, claims she is owed thousands after allegedly being told by Carrie Johnson to leave and had 15 minutes to pack her bags.
The 59-year-old told the Mirror: “It’s been a complete nightmare."
The glamorous divorcee said she "wet the head" of baby Frank Alfred Odysseus with Boris and enjoyed a single chilled rosé but the axe fell just 36 hours afterwards.
Theresa says Carrie dismissed her when she returned home from hospital and days later an apologetic Boris said Carrie was “hormonal... it’s out of my control”.
She is now considering taking legal action against the couple for thousand of pounds she claims she is owed for an agreed three-month contract – plus severance pay. The Johnsons have denied Theresa’s claims.
Boris is entitled to an annual allowance of £115,000 as an ex-PM and has earned millions from speaking engagements since leaving No10.
Theresa says their conversation was about the politics of her native Zimbabwe and insists nothing flirtatious happened with the ladies' man.
She said: “I know he’s had three wives, however many kids. But I’m not interested, he’s not my type. I don’t know if she felt threatened. I don’t know what she was thinking.
“I was looking forward to helping out a family with their new arrival but I got caught in the middle of something else.
“I’d only been there for three days and I didn’t even get to hold the baby. I wish I’d never got involved with them, it’s been a complete nightmare. To be fair, it was quite a nice rosé but it definitely wasn’t worth it.”
Theresa said she mentioned a former employer had celebrated Boris’s demise in the Partygate
