Bolton Wanderers are expecting to have an update and hoping for good news on further scans on defender Gethin Jones and how long the right-back could be out for.
The right-back has been out of action since the defeat to Sheffield Wednesday and picked up the injury in training ahead of the clash against Wigan Athletic.
The 26-year-old could be out of action at Wanderers until 2022 after initial scans and analysis from a specialist revealed the potential severity of his fractured fibula.
