The hit Starz series returns for Season 3 on March 1 at 8 p.m. ET.
The show follows the true tale of brothers Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, who fostered one of the most influential crime families in the country known as, Black Mafia Family.
Here’s a Season 3 synopsis, via Starz: We parachute into the early 90s in Season 3 with Meech moving to Atlanta, where he hopes to build upon the BMF empire in the south that he and Terry fostered in Detroit and rise to the top of the Atlanta drug scene. At the same time, Terry remains in the “D” to handle business. Charles Flenory and Lucille Flenory’s marriage remains on the rocks, and Detective Bryant and Detective Jin return as partners often on opposite sides of the law who find common ground in their determination to take down BMF.

The “Bachelor” leading man follows in the footsteps of Arie Luyendyk Jr., who was a Faithful in Season 1 and nearly made it to the end of the game. Halfway through this season, Weber put a major target on his back by going after the Traitors (“Big Brother” star Dan Gheesling, “Survivor” queen Parvati Shallow and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” icon Phaedra Parks).

Hoult is taking on the role of Lex Luthor in James Gunn’s upcoming “Superman,” which is now filming in Atlanta. Rosenbaum spent seven seasons playing a younger version of the villain on “Smallville.” Hoult revealed that Rosenbaum’s Lex was the first Lex he ever saw on screen as he watched “Smallville” long before getting a look at Gene Hackman’s Lex in Richard Donner’s “Superman” movies.
Katcy Stephan Wendell Pierce has joined James Gunn‘s “Superman,” Variety can confirm. “The Wire” actor will play Perry White, editor-in-chief of the Daily Planet newspaper that employs Clark Kent (David Corenswet), Lois Lane (Rachel Brosnahan) and Jimmy Olsen (Skyler Gisondo). Other cast members include Nicholas Hoult as villain Lex Luthor, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, Terence Rosemore as Otis, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, María Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer and Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific.
Terence Winter, who stepped down as showrunner of the Sylvester Stallone-starring mob drama Tulsa King after its first season, is back as a writer on Paramount+ series’ upcoming second season in addition to his continuing duties as an executive producer. The series, created by Taylor Sheridan, has opted not to bring in a replacement for Winter in line with the practice at the other Sheridan series produced by 101 Studios which don’t have a traditional showrunner. Instead, Tulsa King has hired a director/executive producer whose deal is still being finalized.
BMF has been renewed for a fourth season at Starz ahead of its Season 3 premiere on Friday, March 1. Production on season four is slated to begin this spring in Atlanta.
