In the tweet, alongside a photo of the loved-up pair sharing a kiss under a tree it read: "Me and my wife, Verity, are very pleased to announce our new baby, that will be born this year.
The news came out of the blue and I found out on my 40th birthday! What a present from god".
The sweet message concluded with: "The rest of the boys are thrilled for the couple!" His celebrity pals rushed to the comments to congratulate the pair including handmade Duncan James who wrote: "They say 3rd a charm - and now ur charm is a baby boy!
