Jimmy Fallon is back under his own studio lights. The late-night host returned to the "Tonight Show" set at NBC's Rockefeller Center headquarters in New York City on Monday along with his band, The Roots.

Jimmy Fallon returned to his Rockefeller Center studio on Monday, months after shooting The Tonight Show from his home. He is the first late-night host to return to the studio amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jimmy Fallon has returned to the television studio for his “Tonight Show,” becoming the first late-night host to get back to something approaching normal production in almost four months.

The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon has returned to NBC studios in New York City at 30 Rockefeller Plaza after the host filmed the show remotely at home for the past few months amid the COVID-19 pandemic. But, just because Fallon and The Roots are back in the studio with the Tonight Show crew, it doesn’t mean the show will look the same as it did before the coronavirus lockdown.

After months of hosting from home, Fallon returned to 30 Rockefeller Center to tape his show on a real soundstage, and was joined by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in his exciting return.For his big first show back in studio, Fallon welcomed Cuomo and Charlize Theron as his guests — who still joined him remotely via video chat.
