Billie and Greg Shepherd give tour of incredible £1.4m Essex mansion with huge living room

Billie and Greg Shepherd are slowly turning the house they purchased in 2020 into a home as they lovingly renovate their £1.4million Essex mansion. The pair, who are expecting their third child together, have been taking fans along with them as they continue their home project and even have a dedicated social media account for all things home renovation related.
Billie, 32, and Greg, 37, are no strangers to being in the limelight, so it's only fair that they take fans along with them throughout the house refurb and on Sunday Greg showed off an exciting new addition they have. Taking to Instagram Stories, the dad-of-two explained that they finally had a front door installed: “We finally have a front door! The Shep's house, all panelling has gone on here.
"We're getting there slowly!" That wasn’t the only new addition the home had, and as Greg carried on his tour he showed off how a special addition to upstairs is coming along. “We haven't had stairs for eight weeks.
We've finally got stairs here," he said as she showed off the staircase that looked as though it had just come in. He also gave a peek into their landing and one of the upstairs bedrooms that seemed to have been completed.The family will be able to keep warm as winter approaches thanks to a stunning new fireplace they’ve had installed in their massive living room.The white furnishing matches the rest of the room that has huge windows and a carpet, and to keep things extra cosy, Billie and Greg have opted to have soft lighting in the room.
