Big Brother's back! ITV confirms iconic show's return with teaser trailer in Love Island final

Big Brother is making an explosive return to ITV2 and ITVX with a teaser trailer released during the Love Island 2022 final. The legendary house has a brand new home, as the global television phenomenon makes its much anticipated return to UK television in 2023 after an almost five-year break.
A new cast of carefully selected housemates, from all walks of life, will take up residence in the world’s most famous reality TV home for up to six weeks, with cameras capturing their every move, and the nation following every twist and turn. With all of the action playing out under the roof of the iconic Big Brother house, which will be given its own contemporary new look ready for this reimagining of the show.
A teaser reads: "Clever tasks, nail-biting nominations and live evictions will be back, with the public once again playing a crucial role, voting throughout the series and ultimately determining the winner, who will walk away with a life changing cash prize." While the trailer sees the iconic Big Brother theme tune play out on an ITV logo as it soon turns to the legendary show's eye, as it's revealed at the end: "2023." Rylan Clark, who won the eleventh series of Celebrity Big Brother and hosted Big Brother's Bit On The Side from 2013–2018, was quick to react to the news.
