Beyonce surprises fans with performance on Disney Family Singalong

Disney wants to give you a reason to sing the mothers in your life. The Disney Family Singalong: Volume II is coming to ABC on Sunday, May 10.

As the country continues with its lockdown, it has turned to the arts to entertain during this difficult period. The time at home has also inspired many acts to create new music and this week, Tresor makes his highly-anticipated return as he releases his new single ‘Thrill’.

Darren Criss performed the song “I Wan’na Be Like You” from The Jungle Book during the Disney Family Singalong, but he originally asked to do a different song.

Thursday night’s special Disney Family Singalong on ABC brought us icons like Beyoncé and Christina Aguilera belting out classic Disney songs, and also a healthy dose of nostalgia for our favorite tunes from the past!

Bob Dylan has released another new song, making it the second single he's dropped in just three weeks. The 78-year-old singer-songwriter made the announcement just before midnight on Friday on his social media accounts.The new tune is titled "I Contain Multitudes," and in a tweet written Friday, he reveals the names of 19th-century historical figures and artists he references in the lyrics.

Beyoncé gave the world the ultimate blessing tonight: a surprise appearance on Disney's Family Singalong. The singer shared a message to families before singing a truly angelic rendition of "When You Wish Upon a Star" from Pinocchio."I'm proud and honored to be part of the Disney family and to help present the Disney song singalong in partnership with Feeding America," Beyoncé said before bursting into song.

Kim Kardashian West is a big fan of the stars that participated in the ! The 39-year-old reality star took to Twitter after live tweeting Thursday's episode of to praise the A-listers who performed in the singalong special. 

The Disney Family Singalong brought more than just joy to our television screens on Thursday night, but also some of the very biggest artists!

As if knowing the world needed her now more than ever, popped up on the Disney Family Singalong special that aired on ABC April 16."Tonight, we come together and take a break to share in the joy of " host said at the beginning of the special, which also raised awareness and funds for Feeding America.

ABC's special Disney Family Singalong had everything fans could want—and then some. From Zac Efron introducing (but not participating in) the High School Musical cast's performance of "We're All in This Together" to Ariana Grande's show-stopping performance of "I Won't Say I'm in Love" from Hercules, the special broadcast was full of treats for fans.

It was supposed to be a beautiful trip down the memory lane for Disney fans. However, Zac Efron did not seem to be on the same page. The actor joined his fellow cast members Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman and Lucas Grabeel for a sweet High School Musical reunion. The actors reunited digitally for ABC's The Disney Family Singalong on Thursday night. The video saw almost all the cast recreate the famous We're All In This Together song.
