Chadwick Boseman may be gone but he will never be forgotten.

Black Panther star Angela Bassett has spoken about filming the movie’s sequel without actor Chadwick Boseman, who passed away from colon cancer last year.Boseman played protagonist T’Challa (aka the Black Panther) in the 2018 blockbuster, and would have been reprising his role if not for his passing.

9-1-1 and American Horror Story star Angela Bassett has opened up about filming the sequel to Black Panther, where she will be reprising her role as Ramonda, queen of Wakanda. The sequel, named Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, is due for release next summer and as Bassett and her co-stars go through the filming process, they are feeling the loss of Chadwick Boseman, who sadly died of cancer last year.
