When it debuted at the 2018 Berlin Film Festival, critics were raving about the horror-thriller, “Luz.” Apparently, the folks at NEON were particularly impressed, as the studio has announced a new horror film, “Cuckoo,” from “Luz” filmmaker, Tilman Singer.
