Ben Affleck May Star in George Clooney’s Next Drama ‘The Tender Bar’

George Clooney is looking back on the parallels between the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and his latest film, "The Midnight Sky." The film follows Clooney's Artic-based scientist, Augustine, working hard in near-isolation to prevent astronauts from returning to a post-apocalyptic Earth. "It was an interesting thing," said the Hollywood titan of the similarities between his character's situation and what's happening in the world today when speaking to Fox News.

At this point, it’s been clearly established that George Clooney does not like “Batman & Robin,” or at least is so focused on pleasing the fans who hated that movie, that he’ll continue to apologize for the rest of his life. Now, it seems Clooney is even expanding his opinion to encompass the entirety of the character, as proven by him trying to talk Ben Affleck out of playing Batman.
