Below Deck Season 7 has the distinction of being the only season where Captain Lee Rosbach didn't fire someone. But now that Captain Lee has seen what really went on with his crew when he wasn't looking, he wishes he would have made some personnel changes this season, after all.

The Below Deck Season 7 reunion continues with Part 2 on Monday, February 17 at 8/7c, and in it, we can expect Kate Chastain and Ashton Pienaar to finally discuss all of their drama this season face-to-face.

This season of Below Deck has seemed to be more divided among the men and the women onboard than ever before. So of course, the polarization of the Valor's male and female crew members aboard is a major topic of conversation at the Below Deck Season 7 reunion.
