Captain Lee Rosbach is praising Captain Jason Chambers over the recent firings on Below Deck Down Under.
The 73-year-old Below Deck star opened up in a brief interview with US Weekly, reacting to what not only happened on the vessel, but how Jason handled the situation.

“Their behavior was despicable, both of them,” Lee told the outlet, speaking about Luke Jones and Laura Bileskalne, who were fired over inappropriate behavior. “I’m sure they’ll be paying the price for it for a long time to come—as they should.”
Lee also said that he was impressed by how Jason handled the situation, and didn’t think he’d be so calm.
“I don’t know if I would have had the wherewithal to remain as calm as Captain Jason did, but he certainly stepped up to the plate and did it right,” he shared. “It’s a tough spot to be in. When there’s the captain, you’re responsible for everything and anything that does happen. Jason handled it superbly.”
After the episode aired, Jason opened up about the events that occurred in a statement to fans.
