The latest phase of housing at Montgomerie Park has been given two new show homes.
The show homes are just two of a range of designs available. And the site will feature three bedroom terraces, semi and detached properties, as well as additional four bedroom options.
The visitors are able to have a look round and see the layout and quality finish of typical homes at the development.
The two show homes include the Victoria, one of Bellway’s most popular designs, a large four-detached home with an integral garage and another four-bedroom detached property, Sherwood.
Pauline Coates, sales director, Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West) said: “The showhomes are quite different in their design, one paired back and the other dramatic and bold, but both showcase the flexibility of space and the quality of finish our homes offer.
“Just 40 minutes’ drive to Glasgow, Montgomerie Park is a terrific coastal retreat where families can enjoy an outdoor lifestyle and the beach is only minutes away.”
Montgomerie Park sales office is open from 10am-5pm Monday and Friday, 10am-7pm on a Thursday and 11am-5pm Saturday and Sunday, and closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
