Ethan Shanfeld Ben Stiller and Sean Penn have been permanently banned from entering Russia, the Kremlin announced Monday. The actors are listed among 23 other United States citizens newly barred from the country, including Senators Kirsten Cinema, Richard Scott, Patrick Toomey Jr. and Mark Kelly, as well as Deputy Ministers of Trade Matthew S. Alexrod, Don Graves, Thea Kandler and Jeremy Pelter, and Minister of Commerce Gina Raimondo. An official statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, translated to English, reads: “In response to the ever-expanding personal sanctions by the Biden Administration against Russian citizens, against another group of persons from among members of the U.S. Congress, high-ranking officials, representatives of the business and expert communities, as well as cultural figures (25 people), a ban on entry into the Russian Federation on a permanent basis. The following is a list of names of American citizens who are included in the Russian ‘stop list,’ based on the principle of reciprocity.”

Industry bosses have warned that pint prices could bump up again after already rising by nine percent over the last year.
There could be another six percent bump nationwide during 2023, bringing the national average that now sits at £3.95 over the £4 mark (roughly £4.24), but will of course cost much more in tourist hotspots.
Glasgow and Edinburgh are already above the average, sitting at £3.82 and £4.55 respectively, according to personal finance site Finder.com
The average pint in London costs a national high of £5.50, but this could rise to £9 by next year.
The prices in Glasgow and Edinburgh, however, was based on 2021 prices so the average may have already risen due to the 40-year-high inflation and is set to soar further nationwide, reports North Wales Live.
Not only that, menu bills, takeaways, clubs and hotels could also see a knock-on effect caused by inflation.
Karl Chessell, of CGA - a hospitality watchdog, said: "The double whammy of cost and availability issues is piling huge pressure on operators' margins.
"Combined with the growing cost-of-living crisis for consumers, it means trading conditions will be very tough over the remainder of 2022."
The cost-of-living crisis was catapulted further up the agenda in the Conservative leadership election as new figures showed a worse-than-expected hit in July with the Consumer Prices Index inflation (CPI) reaching 10.1%.
