The Repair Shop has been on screens since 2017 and has won over millions of viewers as Jay and his team of expert craftspeople restore heirlooms and treasured family pieces back to life.
It's always guaranteed to be an emotional watch.
And Jay's life has also been an emotional one.

He was raised by his mother in East London and is one of 26 children on his father's side.
Before life appearing on the BBC, the 51-year-old started his working journey in a whole host of different roles including in a frozen sausage factory, a bottle factory, and a Christmas card factory, before retraining aged 29.
Jay, who was diagnosed with dyslexia when he was 18 and was told he had the reading ability of an 11-year-old, went on to study Criminology at Buckinghamshire New University as a mature student.
He soon set up a charity, alongside now ex-wife Jade, which helped train disadvantaged young people in furniture restoration.
And one of those people he mentored is now a huge pop star.
Speaking to Lorraine Kelly on her ITV show, Jay revealed: "Leigh-Anne [Pinnock] from Little Mix is one of the young people I've mentored along the way and I'm still in contact with her every day."
Unfortunately, the breakdown of Jay's marriage and the loss of funding to the charity resulted in him becoming homeless.
He previously told The Guardian: "I didn’t even know if I would see tomorrow.
"It was a really, really dark time."
Jay, originally from Hackney in east London, has now filmed his journey as he learns to read.
