The film has grossed £92.6million in total in the UK, beating Avengers: Endgame (£88.7million) to become the seventh highest-grossing film of all time in the territory.Others in the top five for the weekend include Oppenheimer (£960,300), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (£619,000) and Sound Of Freedom (£589,456).Barbie had a longer run at the UK box office compared to the US, where DC superhero film Blue Beetle managed to dethrone the film at the top after four weeks.Greta Gerwig’s fantasy comedy recently became the highest-grossing movie of the year, beating The Super Mario Bros. This Wednesday, Warner Bros.’ Barbie will become the highest-grossing movie at the domestic box office year to date with north of $574.2M, overtaking Universal/Illumination Entertainment’s Super Mario Bros Movie which finaled its stateside run at that amount.

In the four-minute featurette, Gosling goes through the various stages of rehearsal as he makes Gerwig burst out laughing as he strips off his white fur coat. The video intercuts clips of Gosling practicing his moves in sweatpants and a backwards hat in a dance studio with footage from the finished film.

Blue Beetle has dethroned Barbie at the US box office, ending the film’s four-week reign at the number one spot.As reported by Variety, the DC superhero film took the top spot with a lower-than-expected debut of $25.4million (£19.9million) in the US. Globally, the film earned $43million (£33.7million) in its opening weekend, against a production budget of $104million (£81.7million).Barbie, meanwhile, fell to second place with $21.5million (£16.8million), an impressive amount considering it was released last month.In the US, Barbie is expected to overtake The Super Mario Bros.

Barbie has become the highest-grossing film in Warner Bros. history in the US, overtaking Christopher Nolan’s 2008 film The Dark Knight.As reported by Variety, Barbie has crossed $537.5million at the domestic box office to take the record.
