Police are investigating the sudden death of a Kilmarnock woman last night.
A 29-year-old was found in a property on the town's Mosshead Road, in between the Shortlees and Bellfield areas of the town.
Officers were at the scene for hours as they investigated inside the property.
A police spokesman said: "Police Scotland was made aware of the sudden death of a 29-year-old woman at a property on Mosshead Road in Kilmarnock around 7.35pm on Sunday, February 16.
