He has now taken to Twitter to inform his followers the pair are "feeling better" after spending two weeks in quarantine.

As per the latest update on the Angels and Demons actor Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson are out of hospital post their diagnosis of Coronavirus in Australia. News reports suggest that after spending time in isolation, the husband and wife have been released from the hospital.

"We have Covid-19 and are in isolation so we do not spread it to anyone else. There are those for whom it could lead to a very serious illness.
