Star of BBC show Dragon’s Den Peter Jones has revealed he was “rushed to hospital” after “collapsing on the floor” due to suffering deep vein thrombosis, known as DVT. Peter, 55, revealed the horrifying tale following a businessman looking for an investor on a recent episode of the BBC show, who was sharing his pitch to the dragons for a new product to treat deep vein thrombosis.The hopeful was Paul Westerman who was pitching his new product RBR Legflow which has been clinically-trialled and is designed to treat the condition.The pitch stirred up memories for Peter who shared his frightening 2011 experience.
