Fans have praised Ashley Graham as “beautiful” and “perfect” as she posted a topless selfie on social media showing off her post-pregnancy body.
The model gave birth to twin boys Malachi and Roman three months ago. She posted the pictures on her Instagram page with the caption: “Hi, new tummy. We’ve been through a lot. Thank you. #3monthspostpartum”.
The snaps show Ashley dressed in black underwear with her stretch marks on display. Fellow stars were quick to pile on the praise for the candid photos in the comments section.
“Always refreshing to see women’s bodies raw, unfiltered and in all its glory,” said former model and body confidence influencer Jada Sezer, adding three heart-eyes emojis. “You absolute beauty.”
“Amazing the lives you’ve created and carried and pushed into this world,” Danish supermodel Helena Christensen commented.
“And that tummy has the most beautiful, wholesome stories to tell,” added actress Freida Pinto.
Some fans also thanked Ashley for helping them to feel confident with their own bodies after pregnancy.
“Thank you for this because I’m two months postpartum and seeing how beautiful you look is really empowering for those of us struggling with the way we look,” one Instagram user wrote.
“You’re beautiful!” Ashley replied to the fan. “Everyone’s postpartum journey looks different but we’re in this together.”
It’s not the first time the model has shared the unfiltered side of parenthood. She recently shared a series of snaps which included a photo of her using a breast pump, as well as a photo showing off a large milk stain on her top.
Ashley has also spoken out about issues new parents face when breastfeeding over on TikTok, where she has 1.6 million followers.
