WWE’s flagship pay-per-view, WrestleMania, will take place without an audience this year. The pro wrestling promotion announced Monday that the upcoming WrestleMania 36 will now take place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida instead of in Tampa Bay as originally planned.

The nation’s coronavirus scare has not as yet impacted Broadway production schedules, with all shows currently playing as planned in theaters scrubbed and disinfected with extra vigor and stocked with additional sanitizer dispensers.

Just days after Ultra Music Festival in Miami was postponed indefinitely due to the worsening coronavirus crisis, Austin’s South By Southwest has also been canceled. The multi-day music and technology showcase was set to begin next Friday, March 13 and run through Sunday, March 22, but saw a growing number of artists and companies dropping out as fears of coronavirus grew. Now, the festival is canceled altogether, organizers revealed on social media:

Ultra Music Festival, one of the largest pop and EDM festivals in the world, has announced that this year’s event will not go ahead, due to fears over the spread of coronavirus. The announcement, first reported by the Miami Herald comes after Miami Mayor Francis Suarez called for the event to be postponed, and is one of the largest coronavirus-related event cancellations thus far.
