Sources say the woman, named Joanne Flickinger, was riding a bike and swerved into Schwarzenegger’s lane, leading to the accident.Law enforcement figures told TMZ that Flickinger made a left turn in front of the former California governor before he had a chance to hit his brakes.Flickinger, who is named in the new lawsuit, was reportedly rushed to the emergency room after being and now claims that the 75-year-old “Terminator” star is to blame.According to documents, she says he was driving “with excessive speed and failed to keep a proper lookout.” Flickinger also claims the collision caused her severe injuries.Spokespeople for Schwarzenegger and for the Los Angeles Police Department could not be immediately reached for comment by The Post.At the time it was reported that drugs and alcohol were not suspected to have played a role in the accident.It was also reported the “Twins” actor was not driving particularly fast at all and that he was reportedly cooperative with officers at the scene.After the accident, Schwarzenegger placed Flickinger’s bike on the back of his SUV and drove it to a shop for repairs.This is not the only traffic mishap the star has been involved with in recent years. In January 2022, Schwarzenegger was involved in a multi-car crash in Brentwood, California.At the time Schwarzenegger was driving a GMC Yukon, which collided with a red Prius, rolling over the smaller vehicle before continuing to rotate and then hitting a Porsche Cayenne.
