Armed police were called to reports of a man firing a gun from a top floor balcony at a block of flats in Kent.
Members of the public filmed a man stood on the balcony waving and firing what appears to be a gun in the Dockside area of Chatham at around 8.30am this morning.
Kent Police have since confirmed that a man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of firearms offences.
Officers searched the flat and found four suspected imitation firearms.
