When she applied for the show Stella already had a successful career as a trading manager for a Japanese bank.
However, after spotting an advert for the programme, Stella told her bosses that she was resigning for her £85,000 job. Stella already had a luxurious lifestyle, she drove a Porsche, bought £300 designer shoes, had three houses and regularly spent hundreds of pounds on champagne and meals out.
