Apple TV+ has released the first pics from their upcoming period drama series, The Buccaneers.
The regency-set series will star Christina Hendricks, Kristine Froseth, Alisha Boe, Josie Totah, Aubri Ibrag, Imogen Waterhouse, and Mia Threapleton.
Here’s the official description of the show: The Buccaneers are the daughters of America’s new rich — beautiful and untameable, despite the best efforts of England’s finest governesses, they are on their way to London to snare themselves an aristocrat, low in funds but high in class, to make a perfect match.
Josh Dylan, Guy Remmers, Matthew Broome and Barney Fishwick will also star in the series.
The Buccaneers is based on Edith Wharton‘s unfinished final novel of the same name, and the first three episodes will debut on Wednesday, November 8.
Following the premiere of those episodes, there will be a new episode weekly, until the December 13 finale.
