Apple TV+ Renews 5 TV Shows, Cancels 1 More in 2024 (So Far)

Joe Otterson TV Reporter Bokeem Woodbine, Sunita Mani, and Adam Beach have joined the upcoming Apple TV+ dramedy “Government Cheese,” Variety has learned. They will star in the series alongside previously announced lead David Oyelowo as well as Simone Missick.

A Lorraine star has quit the show with co-star host Christine Lampard honouring their contribution.

Raymond Lee, the star of Quantum Leap, posted a farewell reaction on Instagram today upon news of the show’s cancellation.

Divers have recovered the bodies of two of six workers who plunged into the water after a bridge collapsed in Baltimore. The others are presumed dead and officials said search efforts had been exhausted.
