A home has come up for sale in a desirable Cheshire village and it is much cheaper than you may think. Found in the picturesque and 'sought-after' Tattenhall, the two-bed apartment is set to go under the hammer with a guide price of £95,000.
The two-bed ground floor apartment is part of Old Mill Place, a purpose built development that sits ten miles south of Chester. It comprises a modern mix of apartments, town houses and commercial units, within easy walking distance of town centre amenities.
Auctioneers Pugh Auctions say the newly renovated apartment is 'ready to move into immediately' and would make an ideal home or buy-to-let investment, with interested buyers able to bid for the property online from May 24.

Inside the apartment is made up of an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, two decent sized bedrooms and one bathroom. It also benefits from a rear outdoor patio area as well as allocated parking.
Tattenhall boasts an array of Georgian and Tudor houses and is home to two pubs, standing opposite from one another, alongside a tailor and independent café, reports CheshireLive.
The quaint village also has a primary school, Co-Op store, restaurants and pubs.
Tattenhall made the news last year when a study named the village as the having third most stressed-out workers in the country. It also reported that the Cheshire village had the highest rate of burnout in the north west.
But don't let that put you off living there as when Cheshire Live visited the village back in November, one resident said the place had 'transformed his life'.
