‘Anyone but You’ Trailer: Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell Show Off Their Chemistry in Steamy Rom-Com

Rebecca Rubin Film and Media Reporter Neon has acquired North American rights to Sean Baker‘s new romantic comedic drama, “Anora.” Plot details have been kept under wraps for the movie, which is currently in post-production and is aiming to release in theaters in 2024. It was filmed in Brooklyn and stars Mikey Madison, Mark Eydelshteyn, Yuriy Borisov, Karren Karagulian and Vache Tovmasyan.

UK Love Island star Lucinda Strafford has revealed she has joined the Australian version of the show. Taking to Instagram to announce the news, the influencer shared a picture of her posing in a black swimsuit, with the caption: "Lucinda is looking for love in the @LoveIslandAU Villa! The so-called rom-com has been on our tongues since stars and sparked while filming in Australia over the summer.For those who don't remember (this year has been rife with and , after all), Powell and Sweeney's undeniable chemistry caused quite the commotion, thanks to some steamy , , and one particular flirty that went viral on Twitter. Rumors were only exacerbated by the fact that Powell’s ex-girlfriend Gigi Paris the Euphoria star on Instagram before from the Top Gun actor in late April.

According to a source, that was when they learned that Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who were in New York City, wanted to drop by the show.

Update: The Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell romantic comedy, Anyone But You, is now opening on Dec. 22 instead of Dec. 15. New release date gives the feature the potential to play into the Christmas four-day weekend; moviegoing always spiking after the holiday. Christmas falls on a Monday this year. First look image above was recently released. Anyone But You now opens in the wake of Warner Bros/DC’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom which hits theaters on Wednesday, Dec. 20. The romcom will also share multiplex space with Illumination/Universal’s animated movie Migration, and the expansion of MGM’s TIFF winning American Fiction and A24’s wide release of wrestling movie The Iron Claw.
